Dr. Ruark is an expert when it comes to shoulders. He did rotator cuff on both my late husband's shoulders. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my procedure, however minor. He is truly a professional with a great attitude. He inspires confidence. It was nice to see Dr. Ruark again and I left with the feeling that my two years of pain would be addressed fully.

My surgery went well and my doctor's office was very efficient when corresponding with my job's HR dept. and my insurance company in regards to the paperwork. The last thing I needed was to be in pain and worrying getting paperwork to those offices. All of the receptionist that I have met were very warm and pleasant. I am now 90% pain free and I'm gradually regaining my motion and dexterity back.
