Shoulder arthroscopy is a surgical procedure used to visualize,
diagnose, and treat various problems inside the shoulder joint and in
the space surrounding the rotator cuff. This is done through small
incisions that allow the insertion of specialized instruments.

They were very helpful making sure my post op surgery was going well and stitches healed.
Very detailed explication. Didn't sugar coat things. Was honest.
Dr. Ruark is always friendly. He explains everything well and answers all your questions.
Questions were thoroughly answered. My concerns were addressed.
Dr. Ruark is an expert when it comes to shoulders. He did rotator cuff on both my late husband's shoulders. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my procedure, however minor. He is truly a professional with a great attitude. He inspires confidence. It was nice to see Dr. Ruark again and I left with the feeling that my two years of pain would be addressed fully.
Dr. takes time to explain clearly. [Single best thing is...] Confidence in the Doctor.
He explained the procedure well and answered all of my questions
Dr. Ruark is a great physician with a compansionate calming personality. [Single best thing is...] Everything was explained clearly so I could understand the procedure and the recouperation time
Thought Dr. Ruark was direct and detailed about my upcoming procedure and why it was a good idea to get this done now. He could relate to my physical issues.
My surgery went well and my doctor's office was very efficient when corresponding with my job's HR dept. and my insurance company in regards to the paperwork. The last thing I needed was to be in pain and worrying getting paperwork to those offices. All of the receptionist that I have met were very warm and pleasant. I am now 90% pain free and I'm gradually regaining my motion and dexterity back.
Well done, well explained and it was a great service especially at the surgery center. One of the best doctor.
3rd operation in a year. Progress is slow as to be expected with pain still. No problems with any of the staff including the Dr. The radiant aching pain is gone.
they where caring and didn't try and rush things surgery went well-hopefully it will work after therapy begins
The single best thing is just beginning. I am regaining the use of my arm. He has been honest, patient, and a good listener.
I felt that my case received his full consideration and efforts. Fewer instances of discomfort
I'm in less pain and getting more movement everyday.. Addressing my issues
The doc was great. I had an MRI ordered but I still haven't had the test. RAH scheduled me for test in avon and called me back a few days later saying the test was not schedulable at that location. I did not want to travel to another location so I called the office back to get the test scheduled elsewhere- been over 2 months and nothing.
