I was very disappointed in the time i had to wait, almost 2 hrs, what an unexpected inconvenience, which seem or is unacceptable in these days and time. They (the office staff) or management should look into a better system in scheduling for patients., or see how other offices have success in this matter. It's a definite unpleasent experience, especially when you have other plans and coming from a distant. As for being seen and all, everything else went well., other wise i would have rated it a 2.

Sonia was amazing. I enjoyed seeing her and talking to her about my issues with perimenopause. She was very understanding and knew exactly what I needed. I was started on HRT, and my levels were also being checked. She's the best.
