Newell is beyond amazing, she genuinely treats me like a human and not just a patient. Every interaction I feel as if she takes her time with me and helps me during this special time of my life by providing helpful information. Not once do I leave the telehealth confused or unsure as I do at most of my in office visits.
The overall experience was very quick and I didn't have to leave my home which was very convenient.
She is one of the best providers I have seen at this facility. She listens to all of my concerns and doesn't treat me like 'just another patient'. She's realistic and patient and very knowledgeable!
