[Rating Only] Dr. Garozzo is wonderful. She delivered our son, little John, and has continued to be such a caring and thoughtful doctor for my wife, Lea. We appreciate not only her skill and professionalism, but also the gentle and sensitive way she communicates. She makes Lea feel comfortable, respected, and cared for, and offers guidance in a way that preserves her dignity. We are very grateful for her and would highly recommend her.
The MA may have been new and seemed to struggle with giving instructions for the HCG testing. Then when I was all set with giving a urine sample I left it in the bathroom because there was a sign stating to. I don't believe it ever got tested though. I also wrote my initials on the cup because I remembered to. Then I went in the exam room and closed the door myself and the curtain. Usually the MA will take the urine sample and guide me back to the room and close the curtain and door for me. It was a little bit of an awkward interaction.
