Kind and fast.
Well first, the appt was scheduled with a very sweet woman up front who took the time to explain everything from the procedure, insurance and was able to schedule me quickly. On my appt date I arrived 15 minutes early, quickly registered and escorted back to the room, where (that same lady) explained more things there. Next, the technician Christine (I think that was her name) came in the room and was very sweet and professional. Once she noticed it was my first mammogram at a young age, she thoroughly explained and walked me through the imaging steps. She spoke with compassion and made me feel comfortable during this nerve racking test. After we were done, she then took more time to explain the steps that would follow once the doctor read my images. She gave me all the possible scenarios and offered to call me regardless of the results. Which I highly appreciated. I was back in my car 3 minutes after my appt was originally scheduled! Yay! I wanted to make sure these 2 ladies were recognized for making my visit as comforting as possible. I didn't feel like just another patient/number. Thank you!
