Because she has kindness and patience. She gives me time to think and speak. She explains the problem to me clearly. Looks me in the eye. She has time for me. I really value and appreciate that. Dr. Pendyala listened attentively when I explained my pain and explained possible reasons why I might have been experiencing it in a kind way, rather than just giving medicine and rushing me out the door like many doctors do.
Dr. Pendyala was courteous, patient and thorough. Administrative and Nurses Aid were helpful. Quite pleased with the medical care/service I have received at Women's Health Care of New England for over 10 years. Mazetta Ford-Medina
Doctor was very helpful in helping me determine which birth control option would be the best fit for me. They clearly explained each option, including how they work and how they differ from one another.

Everything was so easy, the location, the receptionist was incredible, there was no wait time, the doctor, all of it. Doctor Pendyala is truly the best hands down. She's very personable, takes her time and never feels rushed, she's very gentle, and you can just tell she's such a great person by her kindness and the fact that she's very down to earth. I'm so happy I found her again!
Waiting period wasn't long at all and I absolutely love dr. Pendyala. She was very detailed with answering the questions that I had and is always inviting. She has great bedside manner.
It was my first time visiting the new office and it was extremely hard to find. I ended up parking in the front where it said 50 Danbury and ended up having to walk around the entire building. There are signs well posted for Hartford healthcare and Soundview but none for women's health. Dr. Pendyala is an incredible doctor. She is patient, kind and caring, and I recommend her to all my friends and family looking for someone new in the area.
Every staff member was friendly and thorough.
