This is a very painful appointment for me and Summer is extremely sensitive to that fact.
Dr. Gilmer was kind, was the only staff member to notice I was visiting the day after my birthday, she was knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and seemed well educated. I felt comfortable with her.
No waiting. On time visit. Dr. Gilmer has great bedside manner and makes you feel relaxed.

First let me say the five stars are for care and for the way the staff responded to the part I am not all that satisfied with, the tech system for contact and records, etc. That hasn't worked very well at all. All human contact from the front desk, to the nurses to the doctor was stellar, patient centered and very, very professional.
