Everyone was very nice and caring! Dr. Jun gave me so much information and was so patient with me when I was asking questions!
Everyone was great and I was early for my appt, I didn't have to wait, they were able to see me earlier than my scheduled time.
I was generally satisfied with my experience, but one thing that was very unexpected and frustrating was the cost related to the cyst monitoring. Since I do not have insurance, the additional ultrasounds and blood tests ended up costing me over $3,600 extra. The pricing was not very transparent, and I did not realize ahead of time that the monitoring would be this expensive. It was a significant unexpected expense and definitely something I wish had been explained more clearly in advance.
