The nurse, Chasmin, was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Pritchett was also amazing. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very kind and understanding.
Dr. Pritchett is the best. She never rushes the conversation and gives her honest opinion on whatever questions you have. New nurse was great, friendly and personable kept me posted on whe Dr. Pritchett would return from an emergency and offered me other options if I did not want to wait. Dr. Pritchett is very personable and informative. I have been going to her many years and she is always the same. Never rushes even though you can sense at times that the office is very busy. She is the best! She puts herself on the patients level and is never judgmental even when explaining both sides on an issue that you may be having. She should train other MD’s!
Everyone in the office was very friendly. From the front desk, to the ultrasound tech, to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone made me feel at ease and I felt like they truly listened to me. This is my first pregnancy and I am a 38 year old diabetic, so I had A LOT of questions. All of my questions were answered and I did not feel like an inconvenience for asking so many questions.
I've been seeing Dr. Pritchett for more than a decade, and she has always been consistent in the care she provides. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and discusses everything in detail. During my exams, I hardly notice the procedure because I'm so engaged in the wealth of knowledge and information she shares.
