Staff was pleasant, helpful and answered every question and/or concern that I had. Needless to say, I was very unsure and nervous. They made me feel at ease and confident in what I was about to do.

I review the areas I would like to improve. She is thorough and gentle. And, no, or very little bruising which is also important to me. The final result is very nice and natural looking.
The office atmosphere and staff are great! They took the time to get to know me and help me come up with a plan for treatment that was tailored to me. Everything was quick and painless and I felt very comfortable in their KOP office location. 5 stars and would highly recommend. BTW... she is fantastic!!!
