Thomas B. FitzGerald, DO, joined Women's Health Group, a Women's Health Connecticut practice, in 2017. Dr. FitzGerald earned his medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, where he managed all aspects of routine and high-risk obstetrical care. He was honored by St. Francis Hospital with an award for excellence in laparoscopic surgery.
He is skilled in all aspects of operative laparoscopy, including hysterectomy and surgeries for the treatment of endometriosis. Dr. Fitzgerald is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
