The doctors took their time to talk to me about my symptoms. It didn't feel rushed at all.
Perfect customer service ,they listen to you not fast talk you out of. the facility.
I think I had a great day and great experience and my doctor is wonderful.
Procedure was painless. Dr Thomas M was gentle, listened to me, and also helped me on and off of the exam table (due to my knee injuries).
Very professional, very clean, very straight to the point, cared about my emotions, explained everything. Any questions that I asked, he answered.
One of the receptionists (upstairs) in the Mammogram Dept was very unprofessional and rude. She told me that I was supposed to be there at 2:45… so now I'm late and she has to see if the technician would still see me. I was telling her that I was told to go at 2:30 for my annual exam, then go upstairs for my mammogram and ultrasound (if I needed an ultrasound). Then she told me to take a seat. The technician came and told her that the doctor was running late, so that's why the schedule was off. I said that's what I was trying to tell her, but she cut me off. Besides her rudeness, all other staff were pleasant!
Appointment was on time and questions were answered.
Doctor was very nice and appointment went quickly.
