Dr Machon has been my obgyn for many years. He is a great professional, very respectful, always on time, explains things that he will do. I am very happy so I will go to Hartford office or anywhere else to get great care. Staff secretaries and techs do the vital signs and weight etc and are very kind and professional. Uniforms are clean, office is clean. I used the bathroom and it was cleaned too. I always pay attention to that. Dr Machon is an angel on earth. I hope he continues to be my doctor until I pass away. He is the best doctor I have had. He has a great team too. I notice the staff gets along well and are attentive to client's needs. They were not on their phones and they are not lazy. I wish Dr Machon could train other doctors so he could teach them and next generations could benefit. Im very pleased with the care I have been getting here. This is why I have been here for so many many years.
