would've given 5 stars but the wait time was longer than I expected. doctor was apologetic but still a longer wait time then it should've been. the provider is AWESOME! met for the first time when he performed my hysterectomy and have been seeing him since then. very attentive, understanding and willingness to listen to my concerns (if I have any) is very important to me. will continue seeing him as my provider for as long as he remains there.
All of the staff, including Dr. Machon, are just wonderful. From check in to my actual appointment, I felt comfortable and taken care of with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I have never had a better GYN provider who I can genuinely tell cares about me and my reproductive health.

Provider verbalized everything he was going to do before proceeding. Also, the additional knowledge and advisement on pregnancy even though appointment was not regarding pregnancy was appreciated.

I actually saw a different doctor today than I normally do however, he is just as wonderful as the rest of your team. Lighthearted, knowledgeable, & took his time answering my questions. The room & tools always look clean, sanitary & sterile, which is something I always notice. From the lovely lady at the front desk to the young lady who took my vitals & asked the questions, the whole visit was very pleasant. On a sidenote, I actually moved over an hour away years ago, but I've been with your practice for over 20 years & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, not even your Hartford location (but that's due to the area itself, not necessarily the Staff). Thank you for all that you've done for my feminine health & mental wellbeing over these past 20+ years.
