I love Dr. Cook and would follow her anywhere she went to be able to keep her as a provider. She is someone I trust completely and is exceptional. She takes the time to listen, explains things thoroughly, and always makes me feel heard and respected. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her patients are unmatched. It's always bothered me that there is music that is played in the office. I turn it off every time I go into the exam room. I find it to be distracting and bothersome.

Everyone in the office is very helpful and kind.
Dr. Cook listens and understands my concerns. She is thorough in answering my questions and her explanations.
Love my Dr. Cook.
Building location hard to find (or in the complex). Office aesthetics not as nice (upscale) as Lane Ave. AI scheduling was not helpful. (needed to delete 2 appointments and it couldn't grasp the "2").
Dr. Cook is top notch. Patient care is a top priority. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and answers all questions and concerns.
