Speed of scheduling for consultation (I wanted to have my surgery asap due to a ruptured implant), friendliness of staff, Dr Frew was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, very clear instructions were provided at all points in the process, aftercare instructions were very clear and thorough.

Dr Frew's bedside manner is above and beyond. He follows up with a personal phone call and it was concierge service throughout the whole experience. His office staff are communicative and caring.
