Was satisfied with the front desk staff, the nurse, and the doctor's exam. A suggestion for the front desk - since the doctor was running behind, it would have been helpful if the front desk would let patients know when checking in, there could be a (15-30) minute delay in the appointment time.
The Doctor spends time talking to me and listening. She does not seem rushed. She is so nice and made me feel comfortable, even during an Annual Exam.

I have been going to Dr. Scholten for over 15 years and she is very knowledgeable and caring. I have never been to an office that makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I see a lot of the same staff working there year after year which is a great indication that they enjoy their jobs and that it is a great place to work. In today's changing environment, it is nice to have the same doctor and staff for all these years.
