I liked the experience. However, the instructions weren't very clear and I did not like waiting for the doctor without a confirmation that they knew I was ready. I would really like to know that she is on her way and to keep waiting. I waited while the system buffered and then I called bc I wasnt sure i had done it right. I was told she running late and if things did not align I would have to reschedule. It would be smarter to have the receptionist come on the zoom mtg and say, 'you're on hold, she's running late-the nurse will be w you shortly'. That wld have saved some much stress. Instructions are to log on 5mins before appt but what if there is a technical issue, etc? Or how about a call, then the client can click on link? I am used to zoom meetings but with doctors running late-which is totally understandable and normal, just buffering is not normal. There needs to be contact like you would in an office/w a receptionist, otherwise it's very confusing. Also, the link was a bit weird. You had to also sign a form, RSVP/enter the meeting-I wasnt sure which should happen first. I think the instructions could be easier. I really enjoyed the appt though and Dr. Schneider was great!!
she answered my questions and we found a possible solution that has been working so far. it is a bit hard to get a word in sometimes. It's clear that she is a very fast thinker and I felt a bit rushed at a few points but the overall experience was good.
Everyone was very understand and extremely helpful, we had a few tech problems, but we worked through it. The actual appointment was extremely satisfactory. Dr. Warner is a really amazing person and everyone on her staff has always been extremely kind to me.
Very easy to do it on iPhone. There was very little waiting time.

Dr. Bissell was very familiar with my history. Treatment options were discussed and a decision made. I was able to have a \"virtual appointment\" within 2 days of my request and I did not have to drive to Bloomfield.

The doc is very respectful, explains in terms you understand, and makes sure you have no questions.
The virtual visit went well. Dr. Bissell was able to share XRAY information, I could understand him clearly, he took the time to answer all my questions. Still waiting for insurance authorization to proceed with treatment plan which is frustrating.
Zoom worked well. Dr. Jacobs is the best. Great bedside manner.
I'm very pleased with the way that Dr. Kruger and Jessica had taken care of my case. They both are very professionals and they make me feel that I'm in a good hands.
The doctor was very pleasant and understood my goals and concerns. The services offered did not meet my needs, but the only way to discover that was to have the call.
