The practice is first class with wonderful staff and Dr. French is the perfect representation of a plastic surgeon. He is kind, soft spoken and very caring. He listens carefully to what you say and he makes it easy to discuss any concerns before and after the surgery.

Yes, wonderful caring doctor and staff.

I had to wait at least 2 hours in the exam room before actual surgery, which upset me. But I can understand when something could arise. Cant answer questions during surgery, due to being sedated. The anestetheologist was very upfront, caring and informative. Dr. Smith was not quite as informative, but reassuring. It seemed like there may have been too many patients scheduled for that day. I had the mini face lift, but would have like to seen better results.

I genuinely feel that the staff and Dr. Vitenas care about me and the results of my surgery; in fact, they celebrate with me the impact it has had on my life.

Enjoy having Eileen give me the hydro facial. She is a wonderful nurse and a caring health care coordinator. She takes her time to express concern for her patients. I really like working with her.

Amy was good at explaining the procedure, and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Was professional and caring. Explained what to expect following the procedure.

I just dont feel I was as informed as I shouldve been. I didnt even know I wasnt allowed to use my arms for the 1st 48-72 hours I only found this out after having issues from using them and had to call the office. I had to call and ask for follow up appts and they told me i would have several more after that I only had one and I have never heard from them again???? I paid my bill immediately after the insurance payment. I had to beg to get the billing at that time. It just wasnt the experience I had hoped for and I still hate my arms and stomach I think it was a waste of time and money

For the most part, I reported that I am Highly Satisfied with the experience. I have only improved since being in Dr. Raphael's hands. There is no other person I would trust at this point with my specific concerns and I would not seek any other facility to address them. I feel that I am very close to achieving completion with my aesthetic goals. This is after a long road of restoring basic normal appearance and functionality to the face and mouth area after severe disfigurement from trauma I endured before seeing Dr. Raphael at the American Institute of Plastic Surgery, after being referred by a family member about three years ago. I believe he is a miracle worker and it is appropriate he shares a name with one of the Bible's archangels. All I can say is I am so very, very thankful to him. I do think he is getting busy enough that perhaps he needs more than one patient consultant because sometimes it takes a long time to hear back from the office after placing calls to get an appointment. Other than that- Gold Stars all the way. Thank you for your interest in my satisfaction level. I just love you -what can I say?
