Excellent treatment from the doctors and staff. Good explanation of my treatment.
I received a detailed explanation of where I was in the treatment plan and what the expected outcomes would likely be with continued therapy. The option was also open for further assessment if my outcomes were less than desired.
Were able to squeeze me in last minute which we really appreciated.
Informative, honest, concerned physician. Dr. Kruger is pleasant but tells it like it is which fits my style. Dr. Kruger performed spine surgery on me several years ago. I continue to have confidence in his skill and judgement. Dr. Kruger is dedicated to the success of the procedure. His follow through with is patients is excellent.

Debbie, Dr Raurke's medical assistant, is fantastic. She explained to me that the surgery is postponed and would get back to me as soon as the surgery center would allow the surgeries to start up. Dr Raurke's bedside manner is fabulous. He took the time to tell me what to expect for the rotator cuff surgery. Due to the pandemic the surgery would be delayed. Debbie and Dr Raurke are a fantastic suburb team.
My visit was great! Even though I had to get a shot in my shoulder, I enjoyed a laugh with the PA's assistant. I truly dislike needles but when the assistant walked in with the medication, I gave her a look and asked if she was administering the shot. Her response was priceless and we laughed out loud!
