Yes [highly satisfied]. [Single best thing is...] Tiffany's bedside manner.
Excellent staff who was knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. The facility was state of the art, clean and very welcoming. I would recommend everyone to this location and staff. Sara is a true gem who has a vast understanding of this field and line of work.
Meredith was patient with me, explained everything that would happen and prepared me for parts that would be less than comfortable. I'm really excited to see the results in a few months... and compare my before and after pictures with her!
Because the results will not be realized for several months and it's a painful procedure. Hard to be highly satisfied without having full results-
I wasn't entirely prepared on how painful Ultherapy would be-everyone did their best to make me comfortable, and the nitrous oxide certainly helped, but I got a couple of different answers when I originally asked about pain level---it would have been ok with me if someone had said, "It hurts like hell, we will do what we can" or similar.
Kristin was great! Very professional and enjoyable to be around. She answered all my questions and I look forward to more beautifying treatments in the future! I'm beginning to see some results from the Ultherapy procedure.
It was a good experience and I would definitely use you again. My only concerns: office staff was openly gossiping where I could hear them. I had the feeling they would start talking about me after I left the office. Also, it is difficult to get them to respond to emails. Lastly, I would have loved a follow-up call after my procedure just to check and see how I was doing.
Tammy is awesome!!! She is very knowledgeable and a great asset to your staff!!
It's still too early to know, I have great hope of improvement in the areas that bother me. It's too early yet to know the results of the procedure.
It was my first experience having facial manipulations and I was nervous. Sharon was very knowledgeable and put me at ease quickly. She knew exactly what I wanted and explained everything during the process. Also, there was discomfort and Sharon was willing to pause and let me relax a bit before proceeding with the service. The staff was very warm and friendly and the atmosphere of the entire office was very pleasing! Thank you for the good experience and I'm sure I will return when I see the need to have another procedure. I'm so happy to have discovered your place, Mirror Mirror :)
Was able to make an appt for day/time desired. Staff was professional and pleasant.
Yes!!! Love Ulthera and the early results. Will definitely plan to repeat every 18 months or as needed
My skin is no longer sagging. I saw results within a week. Now three weeks out, my face is so much improved regarding tightening and lifting.
The entire experience (prior consultation, etc.) was highly satisfying. I say "satisfied" by my experience because Erin told me it could possibly take six months to see the ultimate effect of the procedure. So I'm thinking that by April I'm going to be highly satisfied as a result of the procedure! I definitely had a refreshed look about my face and my neck
The results were fantastic! Ultherapy tightened the loose skin on my neck immensely! I look 10 years younger!
Overall, I was very satisfied with the procedure and knowledge of the people providing the procedure. However, parking is a factor. One appointment I arrived late by 15 minutes. It might be very helpful for the receptionist to inform patients that they should arrive extra early, so they can find parking or suggest they take UBER.
the best thing so far is that there are no apparent or visual marks after the procedure. only some soarness next day. only because the procedure requires up to 3 months to show final results. i has been one month and a half and although i am starting to see some results it is still too early.
