Robert Grenley, MD

I work in health care and know surgery team and environment when I see it. I was highly satisfied with every aspect of my breast augmentation surgery, experience, and outcome. Dr Grenley is very skilled at what he does and his staff is amazing. His nurse was so supportive pre-op and I had no hesitations getting on the table. Although everyone has a different experience with pain, I had very little post-op pain and no complications. Had I known how easy it would be, I would have done it years ago. Dr Grenley listened to my goals and the outcome of the procedure was exactly what I was looking for.

Dr. Grenley spent a lot of time asking questions and making sure that he full understood the look and outcome that I wanted to achieve. The results are spot on and it is because of the many conversations we had about my goal.

Great caliber of professionals. My only issue is the length of time it is taking me to recuperate. I still experience discomfort around surgical site on one breast.

I was very impressed with level of professionalism. I appreciated Dr. Grenley's honest and direct opinion of how to address my needs. If I had any questions at all, they were immediately addressed by staff. He is a highly experienced surgeon and takes pride in the work he performs. My lower tummy tuck scar is so much better than I could have hoped for and much better than those I have seen performed by other surgeons. I am 50 yrs old and I appreciated that did not give me false or misguided expectations regarding my expected outcomes. I had other surgeons make huge claims of what they could do that would not have been realistic for my body or situation. After having the procedure, I can see that I would have made a huge mistake if I would not have chose Dr. Grenley for my procedure. Outcome was better than expected!

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr. Grenley and staff are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and were always prompt. They welcomed questions regarding the surgery and recovery. The day of surgery I felt very confident and excited. Dr. Grenley came in and performed an exam and did some “mapping.” He took his time and was incredibly thorough and precise. I am a surgical nurse and have seen this done by other plastic surgeons and none even come close to comparing to the time Dr. Grenley took to make sure mine was right. I was so impressed! He cares about the work he does and wants his patients to have the best outcome possible. Highly...highly recommend. I am 2.5 months post-op and I am so so happy with my results!

The consultation was very thorough and not rushed. I did not feel like I had to hurry up and get all my questions answered because of a schedule. This was so valuable to me, because I was a little nervous coming in for a consultation! Also, the (male) surgeon brought in a female nurse to consultation room before I removed any clothing, and while I would personally be fine with just the surgeon, I recognize this as an excellent standard practice to ensure patients are at ease, and it’s a gesture that shows the clinic cares about the psychological comfort and safety of its patiens. (Surely there’s a liability benefit to the clinic by doing this too.) I also really appreciated the candor and friendliness of the main contact point I worked with. She also didn’t make me feel rushed in any way, and she shared her own thoughts and observations which helped me connect my own considerations to those of other patients and surface up new questions. And, last but not least, the nurse on day of surgery was awesome - demeanor, comfort, clarity. I knew exactly what was going to happen, and I felt well supported.
