Check in process leaves something to be desired. If there is that much paperwork that needs to be completed and electronic information that needs to be filled out some of that can be given to the patient prior to the visit. Also, while the patient is filling out the paperwork having multiple people talking to them while they're filling out the paperwork is suboptimal and the paperwork is excessively long and redundant. The check in process seems to be different than from other Advent specialties. Perhaps this location can adopt some of those check in procedures.

Raimundi is very nice. She asks questions to see how you have been doing and listens and explains everything so well. After my virtual appt I had a question regarding one of my medications sent my concern via the patient portal and they got back to me quickly.
