Telehealth is fairly new to me so it takes some getting used to. It doesn't seem as personal as a face to face visit.

Alison is always on time and I have never had an issue hearing her or seeing her. She is also able to fill or refill my prescription real time and schedules our appointment before we sign off. Alison herself takes time to review our last session and is able to talk about it if something needs to be addressed currently.
