I had never scheduled or had an appointment of this nature before, so I was quite anxious going in. All of the staff were very kind. Dr. Bills was very respectful of my privacy, and even when the issue I had gone to see him for turned out to not be very serious he still made me feel validated for scheduling the appointment in the first place. One of the ladies at the front desk (I don't remember her name unfortunately) was also very nice, she answer my questions about the insurance and recommended me two different places for an ultrasound because she had heard the people at one were "kinda mean." I greatly appreciated her.

The scheduling process was very organized. The self pay rates provided beforehand were truthful to what I was charged. Front desk team and the Nurse were thoughtful, organized, and interested in providing/asking me all necessary information. When I requested my ultrasound images for personal use, they were promptly uploaded to the portal. I felt very comfortable and supported throughout the appointment and ultrasound with Dr Bills, he not only answered my questions but also provided facts and details during the ultrasound, and offered emotional support because of the miscarriage/possible ectopic pregnancy situation. I was looking for a trustworthy practice with a calm environment and I found that! Thank you all.

Everything was very positive. Appreciate Dr Bills knowledge, insight and professionalism. I am always interested in the latest and greatest treatments and he was very helpful in providing information.

Dr. Clement Hsiao is very knowledgeable. I've been seeing him for probably about 18 years. He delivered both of my kids as well. I have always had so much confidence in this office with their policies, their procedures, and how they treat their patients. They are caring, spend a lot of time with their patients, and their follow up is phenomenal.
