I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment on Thursday! I was unfortunately very late because I was stuck in traffic for almost 3 hours, but the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were so understanding, patient, and helpful, and they made me feel completely comfortable despite the circumstances. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out to me. Dr. Hsiao is absolutely fantastic! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciate how caring and respectful he is, and I always feel like I’m in great hands with him. Overall, everyone was wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and experience I received. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience!
