The 3 ladies at the front desk were so friendly & personable! My wait for my procedure was very short, the ultrasound tech was very professional & made me feel relaxed about my ultrasound, explained what she'd be doing in terms I could understand. The wait was very short to see her. She was professional & friendly, giving me the results of my exam, explaining as she went along. She asked a lot of questions about the issue I was having, acknowledged each of my concerns.

Courteous, professional, on time
In over 40 years of pap smears, I never had bleeding until this one. It was the most painful pap ever, but I made it through it, but was surprised to find a little blood when wiping the gel away. However, I do plan to return for my annual in the future. I am not sure if it was the provider's doing our my body changes. It just concerned me. Thank you.
