Dr. Mahle was caring, attentive, and sensitive to my needs. She took the time to communicate with me before every step of the exam and helped me to understand how pelvic floor therapy could help me. She has incredible patient-side manner and that is hard to find. I am so grateful I found Dr. Mahle. The office staff is amazing as well, and I am happy to be a new patient at this practice.
Staff and doctor were friendly and took their time listening to me. Only negative feedback is the number of times I had to fill out my information. I filled out the pre-appointment check-in forms online, then had to type info into the kiosk to sign in, then was handed documents to fill out which all requested the same/similar information. Very frustrating.

Dr. Mahle was amazing. The frustrating part was that I checked in where my email said to and sat for 40 minutes. When I asked I was told that I was needed to be in an office downstairs. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that. I even showed my emails to the front desk staff who confirmed I showed up where it said. That frustration aside, the office staff, nurse, and doctor were lovely! Dr. Mahle was kind, understanding, and patient.
