Everyone was very kind and accommodating. They did their best to make sure I was comfortable and walked me through the process.
First, I was late to my appointment and the nurses at the reception desk were incredibly understanding. A check with Dr. Groff to make sure it was okay to receive me about 20 minutes late. And she agreed. Amy took her time with me she was incredibly thorough, she asked some important questions and was obviously that she really cares. This is only my second time visiting Dr. Groff and highly recommend her.
