The front desk staff was welcoming and gave clear communication. Jean was incredibly kind and considerate, and I could tell she loves her job. Amy and her students looked at you when they spoke, and listened, and did not try to make me feel silly for wanting to deliver at a hospital that has a NICU in case things don't go as planned. Instead they verified Chesapeake Regional has a NICU and we kept it moving, and I really appreciated that.
Staff is very professional and friendly. I did not have ti wait long to be seen. Next appointment is convenient .
Only practice in the area taking pioneering steps to treat post menopausal women, with practitioners having the intellectual curiosity to seek ongoing education, and by providing treatment based on the data and information available.
Too many practitioners are dry and boring. Amy Wootten is none of those. She is very engaging, friendly and open about her stage in life which mirrors mine. She seems to be interested in what you have to say and wants to participate in your journey.
Amy Wootten and her assistant take time to listen and assess what I need to help me feel better.
Everything went quickly, everyone was nice and helpful, and I got my prescription refilled right away. I was very happy.
Amy listened respectfully to my concerns and involved me in the decision making process of potential tests.
