Dr. Andrea Roche is proud to be part of Wilkerson OBGYN since 2001. She was born in Ohio and grew up in Columbia, SC. She earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and completed her OB/GYN residency at the Ohio State University. Dr. Roche was then happy to return to warmer weather to join the amazing team at Wilkerson. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Roche is committed to caring for women and their families during times of health and illness. She values developing trusting relationships with patients over time and working together with them as a team to achieve their goals—from contraceptive care to the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood to menopausal and wellness care. As a mother of three, she especially enjoys being a part of the job of new life and the growth of families.
Dr. Roche lives in Raleigh with her husband and three children. Her interests include traveling, baking and audiobooks.
