I'd seen most all of the doctors at Wilkerson, but had never seen Dr. Patel. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable (not only about medicine, but had familiarized myself with her chart before coming in), and made me feel at ease even when the handheld heartbeat couldn't easily be found and got the handheld ultrasound to give me a peace of mind without me having to ask. She also personally called and followed up when my test results for a UTI came back and gave even more advice then and I just really appreciated the personal touch.
