I enjoy Dr. Holmeister and her nurse. They were very friendly and engaging. My questions were addressed and answered leaving me feeling heard and my concerns relevant. Prior to this appointment the office had reached out to me via email, voicemail and text to schedule my annual appointment. When doing so I was scheduled for both office visit with Dr. Holmiester and for my mammogram. Upon showing up for my scheduled appointment in May I discovered my appointment had been scheduled too early for my annual visit. Therefore, I needed to reschedule in order for insurance to cover my visit. I was very disappointed in that I took off work in order to make both appointments. I was disappointed in particular office staff, with Wilkerson OB/GYN, response to my concerns and was left feeling as if I had done something wrong. I did not feel my concerns were validated. Aside from the front desk staff, who was extremely apologetic, I did not feel as if responsibility for the error was taken by the staff at Wilkerson. I did relay my concerns to Dr. Holmiester at the time of this particular visit. She was very apologetic and appreciated me letting her know in order for her to discuss issue with office manager, which I appreciated.

Everyone was very patient with me (I tend to be very anxious at doctors offices). Dr. Cuthbertson was very understanding of my situation and listened to all my issues.
