I feel safe and confident
Dr. Priestley carefully went over all the pre-op information making me comfortable and confident about my up-coming surgery.
This was a re-scheduled appointment from 6/19/19. The doctor was very late so I decided to reschedule. Upon checking in on 7/23/19, I was informed that the doctor was running 40 minuted behind schedule. I saw the doctor for about 5 to 10 minutes. This should have been a scheduled phone call since it was just a discussion, no physical exam was needed. The patients time is also valuable and should be considered.
The doctor is super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. She participated in a conversation, not just in a hurry to move on.
Wait time was brief. Dr. saw me right away and took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions and concerns. Felt relaxed and satisfied at the end of my visit.
Everything was great and easy!

Dr. Priestley is personable, professional, and very supportive and informative about the changes during peri menopause. She listens attentively and provides treatment options. She answers all of my questions in a sincere and knowledgeable manner.
The receptionist told me to sign in and have a seat. I waited over 15 minutes while others walked in were helped immediately. I finally got up and asked if she was ready for me. She said, oh yeah. Never apologized. I completed my pre-check in paperwork and noted a few issues with my health. The doctor never brought them up and I forgot. I don't think it was reviewed. I had a uti and thought it was lingering but both dip stick and lab said I was clear yet a day later I was burning horribly and contacted another doctor for medication. It went away after the medication. The doctor started with a large speculum and it was painful. She abrubtly removed it and tossed it in the sink.I feel like that is when I could have contracted another uti... There was no discussion about what to do about my dryness. I guess I should have asked but the exam was painful as I am in menopause. I was more than ready to leave at that point. I have been a patient at this practice since 1990's
