Ashley Zipfel, RDN, LD, CLT

Ashley Zipfel is a Registered Dietitian with a primary focus in Women’s and Maternal Health through a holistic lens. Supporting women and mothers on their journey to optimal health with an emphasis on the big picture allows these women a much greater opportunity for sustainable growth and change. In recent years, Ashley has evolved her focus to include supporting women in perimenopause and beyond as there is so much opportunity for positive growth and change during these transitions. Ashley has had extensive training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, and Health Coaching methods and techniques centered around habit change. She has been in private practice since 2014 and became a telehealth provider for Gennev in 2025.
