Yearly visit for checkup. Always know what to expect with regards to short wait times, updating patient medical history with emphasis on current issues (solutions) and engaging conversation concerning patient health goals.
Dr. Buxbaum is the best doctor I've ever seen - aside from the fact that she genuinely cares about her patients' well being, she takes her time to listen, explain and advise with patience and understanding. She made the medical information easy to digest and is well informed and incredibly knowledgeable about menopausal symptoms and the hormone medications used to treat them.

Dr. Buxbaum received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and her MD from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine in 1990. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1994 and was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1996.
