I had a fabulous experience with Kelly Durkin. She asked really sensible and smart questions. She made me feel immediately comfortable and cared for. She answered all my questions super clearly.
Dr. Min was attentive, kind, warm, informative and never made me feel rushed or silly for my questions. The technician who performed the nuchal translucency ultrasound was also very kind and communicative. The reason I didn't mark "Highly Satisfied" is because when I call during office hours to change an appointment or ask a non-urgent medical question, I rarely get an answer. I have to wait on the line for 10 minutes before I can leave a voicemail to get a callback. I wish I could get someone on the line when I call to make simple appointment changes. It is frustrating to know I will have to just sit on the line and wait 10 minutes with no answer in order to leave a message and await a callback.
Dr. Whitehead is warm and genuine and she takes her time to go through all issues, concerns, and options.
Kelly was a genuinely thorough and curious about my questions and experience. There was no aspect of the visit that felt rushed. Kelly seemed to really want to ensure my understanding. It was an exceptional visit. She has outstanding bedside manner. My satisfaction was so high that I intend to call to share this positive experience with her supervisor.
