The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly cares about helping women through menopause, and I got the sense that she has a deeper understanding of how to put the health picture together given current studies and research. It was a little off-putting that she questioned why I was using this telehealth platform (which was recommended by my employer insurance) instead of talking to my current obgyn. I also didn't appreciate that, although I framed the purpose for the appointment upfront, she asked halfway through the appointment why we were meeting if I didn't want her to write a prescription. I wasn't aware it would be such a bother to have an informational appointment with someone clearly well-versed in this field, even though I explained why I chose her? Had it not been for those interactions during the appointment, it would have been a five-star experience. Even though the doctor gave the impression by the end that she felt it was a waste of time, we should normalize patients having conversations with their health partners to get their questions answered and to gain clarity, especially when they're facing complicated health situations, instead of rushing into treatment plans.

I really liked Dr. Worjoloh-Clemens. How much time she took asking questions and listening. Much better than I anticipated. She prescribed meds for my nightsweats and suggested screening for me so we can have better visits.
