The assistant were excellent in care and explaining everything.
At each part of the physical exam, she explained what she was doing, the reason, and her observations. She discussed additional wellness checks for women my age and advised yearly mammogram starting next year. She provided detailed information about the risks/benefits of hormonal IUDs. Based on the discussion, I felt able to make an informed decision on which IUD would be the most beneficial. I appreciated that she was open and non-judgmental and it felt easy to talk to her.
Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. Also I was seen right on time.
She took time to go over issues and explained processes to me.
