Excellent service.
My experience from the moment i walked in was great. the front desk person was very welcoming and even gave me a compliment. The nurse who took me to the room and asked questions was very kind and me laugh to help with my nerves. The doctor was very thorough about the exam she was going to perform and made me feel heard. Dr Cruz Alfonso listened to my concerns and her recommendation was different from my last doctor, so i feel hopeful again. overall great experience

I was supposed to seeto Dr Puckett but she was late due to a traffic accident. Dr Cruz kindly saw me and was just as good as Dr Puckett! Thank you Dr Cruz for stepping in for Dr Puckett!! If I ever need a new gynecologist, you'll be my first choice!
