Office Visit / Follow-up

My doctor is very professional, pleasant to talk with, friendly and courteous.

Treatment / Procedure

I felt safe in the office under their COVID protocols. Paperwork was efficient time in the waiting room was minimal. Processing of co-payment was easy. My x-ray was also very efficiently done and available to the doctor with very little wait time. Dr. Wasserlauf listened to my concerns, performed an evaluation of my shoulder, discussed treatment options, gave me an injection wrote a prescription, all very efficiently while being safe and thorough. A week later, the pain is under control and I have resumed normal activity.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Professional Pleasant Helpful courteous staff and specialist. From front desk receptionist staff to nurses technicians and the orthopedist everyone was kind understanding and professional. Also liked safety protocols put in place for COVID.

Total Shoulder Replacement / Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement

The appointment was helpful, as saw X-rays. Doctor answered my questions. It would have been helpful to get more directions for what to expect over subsequent weeks. I.e. will be getting new exercises in force, what does that mean with PT, what can I do and not. Finding things aren't always consistent with resources given. Would like more direct information, even a write up would be helpful.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Not only did Dr. Wasserlauf check out my right shoulder, but at the suggestion of my physical therapist he also looked at my left knee which was operated on about two years ago.

Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Repair

Everything was perfect- surgery went well, all the arrangements were smooth and I received the best care.

Short wait time. Doctor made treatment very comprehensive. He checked fluid buildup in the previously treated knee, per my request. Performed procedures on other knee as planned. Showed me fluid buildup on the ultrasound and then after it was aspirated, before injecting the corticosteroid.
