Office Visit / Follow-up

I loved that he was able to sit and talk to me while the stenographer was taking notes. I felt like he was giving me his full attention. I have been to other orthopedist and he by far did the most comprehensive evaluation.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

Complete "virtual examination" and good suggestions for additional PT.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

Everything went great. I like this better then going in the office

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

The doctor informed me of how my knee should feel post one year surgery. He allowed me the time to share my experiences with my knee and explain any problems or pain I was having.

Office Visit / Follow-up

The doctor took the time to talk to me and figure out the real problem. He came up with 3 things for me to do in order to get more results and see any progress.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Dr. W gave me enough time to ask questions. Obviously an office visit is much easier but the virtual visit was the next best thing.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Dr. Wasserlauf took all the time needed to answer any and all my questions, offered suggestions for continuing my recovery, and left me with some encouraging thoughts.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

It has been three months since my shoulder dislocation accident. This was a follow up visit and my healing has progressed significantly.

Office Visit / Follow-up

We made an appointment for my surgery in August 25th.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

The staff and Dr. Wasserlauf are very passionate about their career path and come highly recommended.

Treatment / Procedure

I was satisfied because I enjoyed some relief from pain, though I was told that because the fluid behind my knee was in layers rather than a single pocket, the doctor was unable to aspirate any more than he did.

Treatment / Procedure

The doctor got me in with very short notice and everyone was very nice. [Single best thing is...] No pain and being able to walk a few hours later.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Dr. Wasserlauf was very thorough. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Just an overall comfortable experience.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

I got a positive appraisal for the progress I have made and an okay to engage in more activity.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Despite a tele-visit, it was thorough and productive.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

Received clarification of recovery trajectory and answers to my questions.

Knee Surgery

Everyone was professional and they treated me with respect.

Treatment / Procedure

Teleconference visit. My progress/rehab is coming along nicely

Office Visit / Follow-up

The entire staff has been great to me before COVID-19 and amazing since. The adoption of telemedicine, availability for a non-urgent follow-up appointment, and clear regard for my input are just a few examples.

Office Visit / Follow-up

This was a telemedicine appointment. Dr. Wasserlauf called a few days earlier with some concerns about MRI test results and he wanted me to get a CT scan. He had access to the completed scans and was helpful in his interpretation for me.
