Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

Experience was seamless. I felt I received the same attention and level of communication as if I was in person. Dr. W was great and attentive to my problem/issue. Staff was great too in making sure it was a successful visit.

Everybody did their jobs well, the visit was easy. I did not have to wait very long. Everyone was pleasant.

I didn't have to wait more than 5 mins to be seen - the nurse collected all my info - the Doctor came promptly after her and as always he is pleasant, professional and kind, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wasserlauf aspirated the painful and restrictive bakers cysts in both knees. Ultrasound did not show them, but I was symptomatic and asked him to try and locate them. He was careful and thorough and successfully removed fluid from both knees.

Dr. Wasserlauf and his staff are always professional and highly competent. I made an appointment with him last month for a second opinion. He performed surgery previously on my torn rotator cuff and I was impressed with his level of medical care. I would recommend him to anyone.
