Yes, I'm satified with the results. Dr. Heil and his team have been great. There are a few things that still need resolved in terms of the results of my surgery but, I think, over time, all of it will get better.

I was satisfied with my experience. Dr. Liang is amazing and the facility was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that the anesthesia provider would not give me gas to inhale to relax me before inserting the if as was given to me at 2 previous procedures at this facility. I am severely vasovagel and that helps a lot! The anesthesia provider refused to give it to me and insisted on doing the iv the normal way. She waited for my Valium to start working and stuck me twice until it worked. I ended up having to put a blanket under my head to try to think about something else. It was a bad experience….in retrospect, I think the reason she wouldn’t do it is that she might have been newer and not comfortable doing what was necessary to make me feel more comfortable. My experience would have been perfect otherwise.

About Brian Heil, MD, FACS
Dr. Brian Vassar Heil is a board certified plastic surgeon residing in Pennsylvania and is the founder of Premier Plastic Surgery, as well as Acqua Blu Medical Spa. Dr. Heil offers a wide range of services for his patients, including cosmetic surgery for the face, breast, and body, and reconstructive surgical procedures. Utilizing his knowledge and expertise, Dr. Heil will work towards helping his patients achieve results that suit their individual needs and enhance their natural beauty as well as their inner confidence.
Dr. Heil earned his Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and graduated with distinction, being selected into the Cum Laude and Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. Afterwards, he completed a five year integrated residency training program at Thrombosis Research from the University Medical Center of Pittsburgh, which is one of the top plastic surgery training programs in the U.S. During his residency he trained in General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and he completed a Fellowship in Micro Surgery.
Dr. Heil has authored and co-authored over 50 papers, abstracts, and presentations on topics related to plastic surgery and has presented at several national and regional plastic surgery meetings. He is certified as a Surgical Laser Specialist and serves as a National Trainer on the use of state-of-the-art light and laser systems, cosmetic injectables, minimally invasive procedures, and medical spa management. Dr. Brian Heil has also been selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, reflective of his being considered by his peers and the Castle Connolly physician-led Research Team, as among the top 10% of Doctors in his region in Plastic Surgery.
