Yes, I'm satified with the results. Dr. Heil and his team have been great. There are a few things that still need resolved in terms of the results of my surgery but, I think, over time, all of it will get better.

I was satisfied with my experience. Dr. Liang is amazing and the facility was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that the anesthesia provider would not give me gas to inhale to relax me before inserting the if as was given to me at 2 previous procedures at this facility. I am severely vasovagel and that helps a lot! The anesthesia provider refused to give it to me and insisted on doing the iv the normal way. She waited for my Valium to start working and stuck me twice until it worked. I ended up having to put a blanket under my head to try to think about something else. It was a bad experience….in retrospect, I think the reason she wouldn’t do it is that she might have been newer and not comfortable doing what was necessary to make me feel more comfortable. My experience would have been perfect otherwise.

Dr. Heil and his team are definitely a well oiled machine. They all do top notch work and the results are incredible. When the hair began appearing and my scalp disappeared!
