As this was my first experience I had no expectation as to what my results would be. Pleasantly surprised that I could see a difference but it was not hugely noticeable. I would do a little more next time. I went in conservative.

I was greeted, treated kindly, didn’t have to wait long, educated on my wants/needs/and desires. I wasn’t sold something I didn’t need, and I was given a % off if my services.
I always have a very good experience when I come to the spa, Britney is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable, she is super knowledgeable also if she doesn’t instantly know the answer to a question she will find out. I have never left feeling iffy about any treatments.

Terrible website with little to no information about pricing of offerings. The website gave me the impression this was a very different kind of location than what I arrived to, and I was nervous about whether id keep the appointment. I loved the office and provider, but your website is your "front door", and it would likely help clients if it reflected your brand.
