Brooke is very personable, so kind, explains everything and the process so you are well prepared for the procedure. Professional. The room is Fabulous. Warm , TV that has movies and what I like is spa music that provides a relaxing experience. I relax with my eyes closed and enjoy the moment. Since I was there for the day, I offered to buy lunch next door and Brook picked it up. She also offered beverages, blankets, or whatever I needed to enjoy my experience. My cool sculpting experience has been very positive with Brook, I highly recommend her, and I look forward to my next treatment at Ranch and Coast in Del Mar.
