I thank the Nurse for taking her time out to listen to me, ask any questions, or concerns to get down to the root of my problem and explaining every step of things she were going to check for and do. Mrs. Caitlyn was very informative & welcoming and her care and professionalism makes everyday problems go so much smoother for us ladies.
I've never visited a clinic with a more professional, welcoming, and friendly staff! The ladies at the front desk were so kind, bubbly, and helpful. My provider and MA were wonderful as well. I walked in, so I expected the first available appointment to be a little further out so I waited about an hour or so. I was actually seen about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and the entire visit was quick, efficient, and pleasant! I'm truly impressed with my experience. I was previously a patient here but stopped coming for a while, and after today's visit, I'll definitely make sure to stay on top of my routine exams moving forward. Highly recommend!

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. I don't remember her name but I went to the urgent care to be seen as a walk in. Once I got there the lady at the front desk informed me they were no longer taking walk in but I could make an appointment to be seen she took the time to get me signed up as a new patient to be seen for urgent care. The MA that took my vitals were very sweet and the nurse was very nice and Caitlin was extremely nice and professional she took the time to listen to me she explained everything and answered all the questions I had. The overall visit and experience was a 10.

Caitlin resides on 40 acres in Poyen with her husband, Wyatt, and her two precious daughters, Riley Cait and Addison Blake.
