Staff was pleasant and very efficient. Dr. Klaska was very pleasant. Put me at ease. Very thorough.
Dr. Klaska is the best. She is very professional yet treats patients like human beings instead of medical cases. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the 55-minute wait. I know scheduling is extremely difficult, but I would have preferred to sit in the waiting room fully clothed for a longer period of time versus sitting in a paper cape in a room for an extended period of time. It would also help to have communication about the wait. I would have been more understanding if, when I arrived, I was notified that they are running nearly an hour behind.
Dr. Klaska takes the time to listen. She is not hurried. Excellent bedside manner.
