I was very satisfied with the doctors as far as his knowledge, and the fact that he took his time to listen and give feedback. He did not rush the process. He gave very valuable feedback. The only thing I’m not very happy with it with the administrative stuff and the staff, they seem a little disorganized. They waited till the day before my appointment to look for me to make sure that I filled out the consent forms, and it was done in such a rush way. Also it’s been about 10 days since my appointment and no one has reached out to me to schedule my follow up test that the doctor mentioned during the meeting and that meeting was on August 17 so I think that the coordination is not very well.
Telehealth call was really helpful and Dr. Potts was the best in explaining all the details, and resolve my concerns offering guidance thru the process.

Dr. Potts is an incredible doctor. He is very understanding and takes a lot of time to listen and analyze the situation even with my complex medical history he spent ample amount of time with me answering all of my questions and concerns and coming to a decision together about my future care.
I am a new patient. This is my first time doing virtual appointment. Trying to connect through the app was not working. I was logged in for 7 minutes before someone called me and asked if I was still doing my appointment. The app wasn't communicating properly. I was later sent an emailed link to do my appointment via Zoom.
