Extremely informative, kind, and didn't try to sell me on doing any treatments or tests. Explained the science of why and how and answered all of our questions.
Rachel was extremely thorough explaining each step and how she was doing the measurements. She is so honest and prepares me well too for symptoms and/or challenges. She also knew I had struggled with the meds and ensured I spent time with a nurse walking through them carefully, drawing a bulls eye on my butt, etc. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has been great dealing with my ups and downs!
