Dr. Kliner is a very pleasant and educated physician. Very personable person overall.
The front desk, while effective, seemed overwhelmed and therefore grumpy. They were so pinned, in fact, they ended up spelling my first name wrong, even with my IDs presented. The nurses and doctor and check-out, however, were excellent. Speedy but thorough. Dr. Kliner gave useful, insightful information, and being close in age made me feel seen and heard in a different way.

My appointment was timely; I felt listened to and was able to discuss concerns without a sense of being rushed. Dr Kliner is professional and gives a sense of calm and comfort during my appointment.
Dr. Kliner was fantastic, as always. The girl that checked me in was not really friendly. She pointed at the scale for me to step on, recorded my weight and walked away before I even got off the scale without saying "please follow me" or "we will be in here". When I looked at her, she was looking back at me from 15 feet away, so I asked her if that was where we were going and she said yes. She was clearly in a funk.
Dr. Kliner is amazing. She listens to you and how you feel vs. just what the lab work shows. Dr. Kliner is a gem in the world of doctors and I am so thankful that I found her. A couple of years ago, I had to have a hysterectomy, and I was very nervous and honestly struggling with the idea of losing part of my "womanhood." Dr. Kliner took the time to help me understand not only the procedure, but also the emotions that came along with it. She has continued to be there for me afterward and has been wonderful in helping me manage my hormones. She treats you as a person, not just a set of lab results, and manages your care based on the whole picture. I feel so lucky to have found her and to have a doctor I genuinely trust. She is simply the best! ❤️
