Everyone was very friendly. I finally felt heard. She made me feel comfortable. In such a confusing time, she listened and made me feel like I mattered and had a voice.
I have a neuromuscular disease and they were very kind and accommodating. Carly and Christy were so very kind and gracious to me in my situation. I am humiliated by how I look physically and they were beyond understanding.

Because I have ptsd from a past trauma and she is very good at understanding that and making me feel comfortable. Also she is managing my thyroid issues which can be a bit complex.
Everyone from reception to the intake nurse to the ultrasound technician and Carly Daigle were amazing. I got there early. I was seen early and I left early. Didn't have to wait an extraordinary amount of time. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Carly Daigle was thoughtful and presented herself well, demonstrating knowledge about my issues, and we worked together as a team to come up with a game plan to move forward.
Feel like someone is finally trying to help me and actually give me hope instead of just being like there is nothing we can do.
