Cathleen Mills, MD, has been an OB/GYN in Leesburg and Sterling at Capital Women’s Care since 2007. She graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Mills then joined the U.S. Navy and received her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
